For well over a decade our bi-annual series This Year Next Year has explored how people discover, evaluate and choose brands in an increasingly complex media landscape. Each report reflects a moment in time — from the rise of digital ecosystems and platform dominance, through to the growing importance of data, personalisation and connected experiences.
