2025 market accreditations confirm WPP Media as a 'Top Employer' in Europe

Today, we're celebrating our accreditation as a Top Employer in five European markets: Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK. The recognition means we have also received the coveted Top Employer Europe accreditation for 2025. 

Each year, Top Employers Institute certifies organisations who are focused on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies. We have now been recognised for twelve consecutive years in Spain and nine years in a row in the UK, while Germany is recognised for the sixth time. Italy and Poland are now recognised for the fifth time.

The Top Employers programme has certified and recognised over 2,400 Top Employers in 125 countries/regions across five continents.  

The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. This survey covers six HR domains consisting of 20 topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, Wellbeing and more. 

Crucial to the Top Employers process is that participating companies must complete a stringent research process and meet the required high standard in order to achieve the certification. To further reinforce the validity of the process, all answers were independently audited, verifying outstanding employee conditions at WPP Media in Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain and the UK, earning us a coveted spot among a choice group of certified Top Employers.
