MediaPost Names WPP Media Holding Company of the Year, Capping a Year of Transformation 

MediaPost has selected WPP Media as their holding company of the year for 2025.

The highly regarded integrated publisher and conference company made the announcement in a post on their website earlier today alongside honorees for Agency of The Year, Independent Agency of The Year, and Agency Executive of The Year. 

Each year, MediaPost’s long running Agency of the Year awards program celebrates “the companies, clients, suppliers and executives that represented the best of class in the advertising community.” Winners are selected for their vision, innovation, and industry leadership in using media to connect brands with consumers. 

WPP Media has previously received the honor as MediaPost’s Holding Company of the Year in 2022 and 2021 (as GroupM). Agencies Mindshare, EssenceMediacom, and Wavemaker have also been recognized, with Mindshare being named Media Agency of the Year in 2019, 2020, and 2022 and Wavemaker as Agency of the Year in 2021. In 2018, Essence was named Digital Agency of the Year and Mindshare was named Social Agency of the Year in 2015.
