WPP Media the Most Awarded Media Group at Cannes Lions 2026
WPP Media clients awarded 70 Lions, including 4 Grand Prix trophies
For the second consecutive year, WPP Media has emerged from the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity as the industry’s most awarded media group.
WPP Media clients were awarded a total of 70 Lions — including 4 Grand Prix trophies, 16 Gold Lions, 20 Silver Lions, and 30 Bronze Lions — a testament to the industry-leading creativity and effectiveness of work done by WPP Media teams on behalf of the world’s leading brands.
In total, 19 different client brands received Lions for WPP Media-credited entries. Unilever, Nestle, and The Coca-Cola Company were the most awarded overall with 25, 10, and 5 Lions respectively.
The exceptional performance of WPP Media and our clients in the global awards program was underscored by success across key markets, with client teams securing 22 Lions in the US, 15 Lions in the UK and 14 Lions in Singapore.
Client teams across WPP Media's agency brands all made significant contributions to WPP Media’s total performance, with Mindshare recording 20 Lions, EssenceMediacom 17 Lions, and Wavemaker 11 Lions.
